PromptSkillAI delivers online courses, mentorship, and certification programs focused on AI prompt engineering and responsible communication with artificial intelligence. Services include interactive lessons, mentorship sessions, and access to downloadable materials.
Our services are designed for adult professionals aged 18 and above. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are processed via secure third-party systems. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
All materials, including text, graphics, videos, and lesson content, are the intellectual property of PromptSkillAI and licensed for individual learning use only. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial reuse is prohibited.
Users agree to engage respectfully in all platform interactions. Abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior in community spaces, courses, or mentorship sessions may lead to account termination without refund.
All communication between users and mentors, as well as project data, is treated as confidential and managed according to our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose personal content unless legally required.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime by emailing support@promptskillai.com. Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
Refunds: Refunds are available for unused full months within 15 business days of cancellation. Completed courses and delivered sessions are non-refundable.
Adjustments: Subscriptions may be upgraded, paused, or resumed upon written request without penalty.
PromptSkillAI shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user within the preceding three months.
Our courses and mentorship are educational and informational only. We do not guarantee specific professional outcomes, performance improvements, or employment results.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under Canadian jurisdiction. International users agree to these governing laws and venue.
